At Marco Guitars, we take great effort to ensure every guitar is
described accurately, supported by detailed imagery to help you get an
accurate understanding of the guitar’s condition.

All items included within the sale (e.g. cases, certificates,
paperwork, trem arms, candy etc) will be detailed in the description or
photos if they are included within the sale.

This return policy is for guitars purchased ONLINE only. We do not
accept returns for guitars that have been viewed and inspected in
person.

We are able to accept a return if the guitar is damaged in transit
and we are notified within 48hrs of delivery only. In these instances,
the guitar should be returned asap via a tracked service (fully
protected using the same packaging it was received in). The buyer will
be refunded (minus any import/tax duties incurred if an international
sale).

A shipped guitar can be also be returned if the guitar is received
back with us within 14 days of original purchase date and in identical
condition. The buyer is responsible for all postage costs (both
directions) and any other associated costs (e.g. import duty tax etc).

It is the buyers responsibility to return guitars in identical
condition as sold, and we have the right to refuse a return, or charge
compensation if:

– The guitar has been subject to any form of wear and tear in your
possession or when return shipping. This includes chips, dings,
scratches, adding stickers or writing on the item etc.

– The item has been modified in any way, this includes pickup
changes, replacement parts, removal of any plastic wrap/stickers,
soldering and de-soldering of any electrical components.

– The item is missing any components, accessories or packing that
were included when the item was received. This includes, cases, tags,
case candy, working parts such as tremolo arms or case keys, tools,
certificates and any factory sealed bags etc.

– The item is returned without us being notified of your intention to return it.

If a guitar was purchased outright, a returned guitar will be
refunded via its original payment method.  If a guitar was not purchased
outright, but instead was a ‘trade-in’, then a returned guitar can be
exchanged for another guitar in stock.

Please note that Paypal/Credit Card companies no longer refund the
transaction fees associated with the sale or return of any product. If
purchasing using either of these methods be aware that the 3%
transaction fee will be deducted from any refund that is issued (for any
reason).

Please also note that trades/part-ex transactions are final, and we
are not in any circumstances able to return a guitar that has been
traded in or sold to us. A ‘traded’ guitar may however be returned to us
within 14 days and swapped for a similar priced alternative. The
customer is responsible for all related shipping/customs charges in this
instance.
